Our last trip of the year was to Brightling Down Farm in Dallington, Sussex. The garden has several different areas including a Zen garden, water garden, walled vegetable garden with 2 large greenhouses, herb garden and herbaceous borders. The garden makes clever use of grasses and is set amongst woodland with stunning countryside views.
On arrival we had a short talk on the development of the garden followed by tea and cake and then a free visit to the garden. As with all our trips, everyone had a fabulous time and, courtesy of Alan, there is a gallery of photos below.
